Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a prepaid shipping label sent directly to your email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your products in their original compostable packaging or a recycled box to minimize waste during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
